Roosevelt is just a very special dog and we have known it since he was just a puppy. He has a ton of personality for 10 lbs of fur. When he isn’t bossing his brothers around, he is hiding his toys from them in between couch cushions. Roosevelt loves peanut butter and watermelon and hates getting his feet wet. We are so happy that this opportunity is available to have another Roosevelt one day.
